They let you open the account online but force you to call them to cancel. This way you have no written proof the account is closed.

One month later they charge my CC and claim I owed them money. This was not said when I closed the account and I demanded my money back so the CSR hung up on me. You can't post to their FB page. So I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Shockingly I then receive email responses, FB responses and a phone call.

I will never do business with Poland Springs/Nestle again. I warn anyone thinking about opening an account.

Yes, I was going to open an account for my husband.

He needs to be weened off the sodas.

There are many complaints. I'm shocked.

I think these problems are related to the Nestle take over.
